MERCURE ORGANISATION
WHAT IS IT ?
"Mercure" is a non-for-profit organisation in Strasbourg (France), which gather artists from electronic music and visual art domain. Mercure's goal is to mix these different artistic styles during night events.
Cofounder, I’m currently the treasurer.
Furthermore, I’m the event manager and I organise and ensure better coordination of the different stations during the event (e.g.: pre-production timeline, live event schedule, staff brief, riders, …)
Now famous with Strasbourg people, Mercure invites you to many different night events around the thematic of the space exploration. They're called "Apollo", "Intergalactic", "Olympe", …
APOLLO
"Apollo" is our most mythic night. During this event, Mercure has the chance to be able to invite international artists.
For this kind of version, Mercure creates a specific atmosphere and unique environment. The theme matches with the musical universe of the night. Take-off with guaranteed success.

INTERGALACTIC
For our "Intergalactic" event, we organise regular and intimate editions around our in-house artists.
This kind of nights allows us to invite young and not well-known artists as well. We really want to help them promote themselves and offer something new and original to our public.
As time goes by, Mercure's "Intergalactic" events have evolved. Now, we choose to invite more famous artists as well in a kind of partnership. Then emerging "Intergalactic invite…" was born.
In a way, Mercure's "Intergalactic" nights shipped the "terrestrials" towards new spatial landscapes.

OLYMPE
"Olympe" is a fresh concept in Strasbourg. This kind of "AfterParty" is organised between 8am and 20pm in idyllic venue like the "Villa Quai Strum".
The objective is to allow people to keep partying and dancing all day long after one of our night event.

WHAT IS Mercure by...?
As said before, the goal of Mercure is to mix music and visual art. That is why it was really significant for us to exhibit visual art projects.
During one year, different artists from different horizons created drawing around a specific theme: "Mercure and the Space".
